Please note:

  3. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the order is shipped accordingly, MonsterStop cannot accept responsibility for lost or misdelivered parcels.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, please provide photographs of:

  1. The damaged product
  2. The packaging
  3. The shipping label

This allows us to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team.

Where a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
