At MonsterStop, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be free from damage caused after delivery
- Include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging
- Be returned within the approved return period
Eligible Return Reasons
Returns may be accepted for the following reasons:
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may request photographs to assist with the claim.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 30 days so we can arrange a suitable resolution.
Change of Mind
If you decide you no longer want the item, you may return it within 30 days provided it remains unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return Authorisation
Before sending any item back, customers must contact our support team to obtain return approval.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Clearance items
- Sale or discounted products
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made products
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order separately after your return request has been processed.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.
MonsterStop cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer.
