These Terms of Service set out the rules for using www.monsterstop.co.uk and buying from Monster Stop. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us and These Terms

Monster Stop is a trading name of ORVEXA RETAIL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17413125), with its registered address at Office 1658, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Monster Stop.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

These terms apply to consumers buying for personal use. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

2. Using Our Website and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website.

You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

You agree to give us accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used for fraud or in breach of these terms.

3. Products, Pricing and Orders

Products: We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and natural materials such as wood may vary a little from the images. Product sizes and measurements are approximate.

Prices: All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP, £) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders you have already placed.

Pricing errors: If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before dispatch. You can choose to pay the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

How a contract is formed: When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we have received it. This is not acceptance. A contract between you and us is only formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation.

Our right to refuse or cancel: We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full to your original payment method.

4. Payment and Delivery

Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus other secure payment methods shown at checkout. Full payment is taken when you place your order. We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers, and we do not store your full card details. See our Payment Policy for more information.

Delivery: We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only, and delivery is free on all orders. Orders are usually dispatched within 0 to 1 business day and arrive within 3 to 4 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Risk and ownership: The products become your responsibility once they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.

5. Cancellations, Returns and Faulty Items

Your legal right to cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

Our 30-day return policy: We go further than the law requires. You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are new, unused and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items: If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Full details are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual Property and Website Use

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos and design, belongs to Monster Stop or is used with permission. You may view and print it for your own personal use, but you must not copy, reproduce or sell it without our written permission.

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Place false or fraudulent orders.
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or other customers’ accounts.
  • Upload viruses or harmful code, or do anything that could damage or disrupt the website.
  • Use automated tools to copy or collect content from the website.

We aim to keep our website available and error-free, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. We may update or change the website at any time.

7. Liability, Privacy, Changes and Governing Law

Our liability: If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal and household use only. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

Events outside our control: We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as courier disruptions, severe weather, strikes or supplier problems. If this happens, we will let you know and do our best to minimise the delay.

Privacy: We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms: We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the updated date at the top. The terms in force when you placed your order will apply to that order.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
