Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption, and payments are handled by trusted payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Nothing! We offer free UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) on a business day are processed the same day.

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Yes. You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s new, unused and in its original packaging. There’s no restocking fee, and exchanges are welcome too.

Email us at sales@monsterstop.co.uk with your order number. Pack the item securely, attach the return label included in your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest courier point.

We process approved refunds within 7 days of receiving your return. The money goes back to your original payment method and usually appears within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

We’re sorry about that! Contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair or refund.
